Shape the future of procurement in a PE-backed, SaaS scale-up!

Backed by a leading private equity firm, our client has doubled their headcount, revenue and customer base through rapid organic growth and acquisitions. Customer satisfaction sits at 95%, and engagement with their Technology platform has increased 4x. Now they are investing heavily in the next phase: AI, automation, and global enterprise growth.

To get there, our client needs a commercially sharp, ambitious IT Procurement Manager who wants real ownership, real exposure, and real acceleration in their career.

Why this role is different?

This isn’t a "run the process" procurement job. This is a greenfield opportunity to embed world-class sourcing into a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS business - reporting into the CFO and partnering closely with Group Procurement leadership.

You’ll:

  • Own sourcing and supplier strategy
  • Lead complex negotiations across IT, Software and Marketing categories
  • Build stakeholder trust at senior level
  • Drive smarter buying decisions using AI, automation and new tooling
  • Help shape the future procurement operating model

If you want exposure to executive leadership, influence without formal authority, and the chance to build something from the ground up - this is it.

What you’ll be doing in your first 12 months:

  • Assess the current supplier landscape and implement a clear procurement strategy
  • Deliver measurable savings while protecting commercial value
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, IT and Marketing to drive better decision-making
  • Introduce continuous improvement initiatives (AI-enabled analytics, automation, systems)
  • Lay the foundations to scale procurement as the business looks to double revenue over the next 4 years

Who this is for:

  • Early in your procurement career but already operating independently
  • Ambitious, commercially curious, and hungry for progression
  • Experienced in sourcing software/services in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident reviewing contracts and negotiating favourable terms
  • Studying towards CIPS (or equivalent) - or keen to
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a high-growth business

You don’t wait to be told. You see opportunities. You act. You own outcomes.

The growth opportunity:

  • We’re scaling rapidly - organically and through acquisition - with a clear path to global market leadership.
  • Global footprint across Europe, US and APAC
  • Major investment in AI and next-gen product innovation
  • High autonomy with strong senior sponsorship
  • Recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days in office)

Applicants must hold current and valid UK right to work.
