Overview
As IT Procurement Manager, you will shape IT sourcing and category strategies across Software/SaaS and IT Professional Services to deliver cost efficiency, commercial value, and robust risk management. You’ll work with stakeholders and strategic suppliers to lead complex deals and negotiations, acting as a trusted commercial advisor. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and global sourcing activity, with a fast learning curve in a growth-focused environment. You’ll contribute to evolving the IT Sourcing function and scale high-impact procurement programs.

Responsibilities
- Support IT category and sub-category strategy development
- Lead and support RFPs, renewals, and negotiations (including complex deals)
- Manage relationships and performance for key strategic suppliers
- Influence sourcing decisions across the business
- Produce clear deal summaries and recommendations
- Analyse IT spend, cost drivers, and savings opportunities
- Help evolve and strengthen the IT Sourcing function
Key requirements
- Experience sourcing IT Software/SaaS and/or IT Professional Services in a corporate or blue-chip environment
- Strong commercial instincts, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Confidence working with contracts, terms, and commercial levers
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive sourcing strategies
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with autonomy in a global, collaborative team
