A global CPG business is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support a high-profile corporate function undergoing significant transformation.

You'll partner directly with a highly commercial, fast-paced functional leader and the Senior Leadership Team, navigating organisational transformation, operating model evolution, cultural change and capability uplift on a global scale. The environment is complex, evolving and at times ambiguous, requiring someone who can quickly establish credibility, integrate deeply with stakeholders and activate change at pace.

This role would suit an experienced interim HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.

The Role

  • Act as the trusted HR partner to a global functional Leadership Team
  • Coaching and challenging senior leaders through transformation and change
  • Driving organisational effectiveness, culture and leadership initiatives
  • Supporting ongoing operating model and organisational change programmes
  • Identifying gaps, unblocking issues and ensuring momentum continues
  • Partnering across wider HR teams, COEs and global stakeholders to navigate solutions
  • Bringing practical, commercial HR judgement in a fast-moving environment
  • Providing strong in-person leadership presence and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Significant HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior/global leaders
  • Strong track record leading through organisational and cultural change
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed
  • Commercial, pragmatic and highly responsive in approach
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up delivery
  • Credible, resilient and confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong networking capability and someone who instinctively picks up the phone and makes things happen
  • Experience within fast-paced, performance-led environments such as consumer, tech, financial services or similar sectors
  • Previous interim/transformational assignments is highly advantageous
