An Interim Senior Business Change Lead for a major non‐departmental public body, who are undergoing tremendous reorganisation and change to how they operate.
Role
- Rate: £650 – £750 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid and in Brighton (minimum 4 days per month)
This Change touches all aspects of the organisation, and they are looking to invest in their people, and change their culture to be more market‐facing, accountable and collaborative.
This Business Change Lead will review ways of working, policy and process, manage Organisational Development Change and Cultural Change. You will provide actionable insight on the people and cultural impact of Change, as well as addressing identified issues or change fatigue.
This person will be required to "hit the ground running", build up robust relationships with stakeholders across functions, and add value to the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading organisation‐wide change portfolios.
- Rounded Business Change management skillset – including people, policy and process.
- Experience within regulated environments, e.g. Central Government or Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder management ability.
- Hands‐on delivery of change planning, training, and communications.
