Overview
In this role you will shape IT sourcing and category strategies within a regulated organisation. You will partner with stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost efficiency, commercial value, and risk management, contributing to the IT Sourcing function and the 2030 roadmap. The position offers exposure to senior leadership, complex deals, and a fast learning curve in a high-impact environment. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor and help modernise the IT estate.

Responsibilities
- Support IT category and sub-category strategy development
- Lead and support RFPs, renewals, and negotiations (including complex deals)
- Manage relationships and performance for key strategic suppliers
- Influence sourcing decisions across the business
- Produce clear deal summaries and recommendations
- Analyse IT spend, cost drivers, and savings opportunities
- Help evolve and strengthen the IT Sourcing function
