Role: Learning and Development Manager
Salary: Up to £75K plus benefits (£6K Car Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, Pension, Private Medical, Share Save Schemes, 30 Days Holiday)
Location: Hybrid working and in Milton Keynes or Glasgow

We\’re partnering with a major UK Financial Services group on a critical hire.

This is not a run-of-the-mill L&D role – it will play a crucial role within the Procurement function, shaping how this leading organisation engages its suppliers, develops its people, and delivers enterprise-wide value.

You will:

  • Architect a stakeholder engagement strategy that boosts collaboration, performance, and market reputation.
  • Design and launch a Cost and Procurement Academy to raise capability and leadership impact across the function.
  • Own the Procurement Brand, across communications, Town Halls and supplier events.
  • Turn supplier, stakeholder, and market insights into actionable strategies and measurable improvement.
  • Lead the communications and change agenda that underpins a multi-year transformation programme.

We\’re looking for a strategic influencer who:

  • Strong Learning and Development experience, having worked closely with Procurement, Commercial, or Supply Chain functions.
  • Can translate complexity into compelling narratives for senior leaders and supplier partners.
  • Has the gravitas to challenge thinking and inspire change at every level.
