IT Procurement Specialist
Location: South Norfolk
Hybrid: Only 2 days pw in office
Sector: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

We\’re working exclusively with a high-growth, multi-national group operating hundreds of sites across two countries. This is a well-established, fast-moving organisation with annual revenues in the hundreds of millions and investing heavily in its IT infrastructure to support operational excellence across all sites.
As part of a wider procurement transformation, we are helping them identify an IT Procurement Specialist to support a broad portfolio of IT goods and services – from hardware and software to telecoms, licensing, and managed services.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong stakeholder management experience, who enjoys working in a hands-on, multi-vendor environment with tangible scope to drive cost savings, improve SLAs, and shape future procurement strategies.
The Opportunity
Reporting into a likeable Procurement Manager and working closely with the IT Director, you\’ll:
- Lead procurement initiatives for IT equipment, software, and services
- Collaborate with a breadth of stakeholders to define requirements
- Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle – from specification to contract negotiation
- Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and license compliance
- Assist in IT budgeting, forecasting, and supplier reporting
- Help maintain a central contract repository and ensure compliance with policies
- Support wider non-clinical procurement activity, inbox management, and occasional contract negotiations
Your Background
We\’re looking for someone who can bring:
