An Interim Procurement Administrator to join a major UK infrastructure organisation, supporting high-profile projects across multiple commercial teams. The Role:

  • Raising purchase orders and processing payments
  • Supporting project payment activities
  • Reviewing timesheets and labour data
  • Maintaining commercial records and managing high volumes of transactions
  • Assisting with procurement plans and cost estimates
  • Supporting supply chain and labour payment processes
  • Working alongside experienced Commercial Managers on a range of projects

Requirements:

  • Prior procurement or commercial process experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience handling large volumes of data and transactional activity
  • Basic commercial awareness within a project environment
  • Experience using procurement or finance systems such as SAP Ariba (desirable)
  • Ideally, experience within the Public Sector.
