An Interim FM Manager to join a major central Government organisation, to be responsible for the management of Facilities, including Security, Maintenance, and Services.
You will review and report on performance against key KPIs in Safety, Cost, Programme and Quality, plus implementing remediation actions.
Managing preparation, approval and issue of technical and safety documentation, you will see these through to review and implementation.
