An exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across two secure sites within a high-profile public sector environment.

The Role: You’ll take responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant management of property operations, ensuring facilities, maintenance and site services are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working across multiple sites, you’ll monitor operational performance, manage compliance and safety activities, and coordinate remedial actions where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day property and facilities operations across two sites
  • Overseeing maintenance, compliance and security-related activity
  • Monitoring performance against safety, quality, cost and programme targets
  • Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Managing technical specifications and safety documentation from review through to implementation
  • Supporting contractors and service delivery partners to ensure operational standards are met
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in facilities, estates or property operations management

  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety and maintenance operations
