A world-leading Science organisation is seeking a sharp, strategic communications professional to partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global organisation. This is a high-impact interim role where you'll craft compelling executive narratives, support major transformation programmes, and bring complex business stories to life.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate executive positioning across internal and external channels (town halls, social, media, key events)
  • Shape messaging for major moments, including financial results, transformation updates, and leadership communications
  • Turn complex business and people topics into clear, engaging content
  • Partner globally across functions to deliver joined-up, high-impact communications
  • Support employee engagement programmes and global virtual events
  • Bring structure and quality to content, channels, and collaboration tools

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Communications, PR, or Public Affairs
  • Confidence handling sensitive, pre-release information
  • Strong storytelling skills and able to simplify and sharpen complex topics
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders / executive communications
  • A strategic mindset with a delivery-focused approach
  • Digital fluency across tools like PowerPoint, Teams, and webinar platforms
