Interim Commercial Manager Infrastructure £650pd

Role: Interim Commercial Manager – Infrastructure

Rate: £600-650 per day (Outside IR35)

Client: Major Central Government

Location: Hybrid working and Souht-East England 2-3 days per week

Duration: 12 months

An Interim Commercial Manager to support frameworks and strategy for major projects in new Infrastructure, Renewals, and Maintenance.

This role will be crucial to understanding the pipeline of £multi-billion infrastructure projects, architecting the details of frameworks, and ensuring that both documents and strategy comply with governance and are implemented as a route for delivery.

You will Support drafting of Commercial documents and strategy, support the creation of contract management plans, and input into the build for the future pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Manager with pre-contract, Infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience supporting creation of Commercial or Procurement Sourcing Strategy
  • Experience with NEC contract forms.
  • Relevant Industry background in major Infrastructure / Civils (e.g. Energy, Rail, Civils, Highways)
  • Current, Valid SC Clearance required
