Role: Interim Commercial Framework Lead – Construction and Infrastructure
Rate: £450-700 per day (Outside IR35)
Client: Major Central Government
Location: Hybrid working and South-East England
Duration: 12 months
An Interim Commercial Lead to play a key role in the creation of frameworks and models for major, upcoming Commercial projects in Construction Infrastructure, Renewals, and Maintenance.
This role will join at the very start of the Commercial process, and will be crucial to understanding the future pipeline of £multi-billion infrastructure projects, architecting the details of Commercial frameworks and models to be used.
You will draft Commercial documents and strategy and ensure these both comply with and pass through governance, to be ultimately implemented as a route for delivery.
You will create and implement contract management plans, and support the build of the future pipeline.
Requirements:
- Commercial Manager professional, with experience at the inception of projects, pre-procurement.
- Expertise drafting Commercial Frameworks and Models.
- Experience getting strategy and documents through government and governance.
- Senior strategist, with an excellent understanding of contracts, able to work autonomously.
- Experience with NEC contract forms.
- Relevant Industry background in major Infrastructure / Civils (e.g. Energy, Rail, Civils, Highways).
