Location: Hybrid and Staines
Duration: 12 months
A Category Delivery Manager for a world‑leading Oil and Gas company, in support of major projects with spends in $10bn, for the rehabilitation and redevelopment of Oil and Gas production fields. The Category Delivery Manager will report into the CPO, to lead across the Major Projects category. The role will develop and implement robust category strategy, working across business units to ensure end‑to‑end procurement delivery and contract management. You will provide leadership to a diverse team, in executing contracting and procurement plans, building the competency and capability.
Requirements:
- Strong Procurement experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Broad Procurement experience across Oil and Gas categories.
- Track record of end‑to‑end delivery in Major Projects Contracts and Procurement.
- Skilled at leading and influencing teams through complexity, developing capability and executing in multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Excellent Communicator, with the gravitas to influence and challenge within multi‑discipline environments.
