Role: Indirect Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to £75K + Excellent Benefits

Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager looking to lead exciting transformational projects? Do you have experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the Indirect category (HR/Pro Services or FM, Property)?

This role is part of a wider campaign across Group Procurement, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate at a highly skilled level to coach the business through sourcing processes, enabling market readiness.
  • Build multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends.
  • Develop and lead strategic supplier relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive commercial value and cost management across various Indirect Procurement projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with executive management.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record, adaptable to fast-paced change and transformation.
  • Ability to identify benefits through contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience in financial planning, delivering procurement and business targets, including forecasting and budget submissions.

Experience:

  • Procurement experience in HR & Professional Services or Property/FM, with evidence of leading complex sourcing activities.
  • End-to-end sourcing, supplier, and category management experience.
  • Understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
  • Degree or CIPS qualification.
