Role: Head of Marketing Procurement – £120K
Salary: Up to £120K + Excellent Package
Location: Watford (2 days p/w in Office)
Fantastic opportunity to support a CPO in the continued development of a relatively \’Greenfield\’ Procurement function. The jobholder will lead all Indirect spend, with a heavy focus on Marketing, as well as Professional Services, FM and Property, playing a key role in developing a team of direct reports with a focus on driving agility, speed-to-market, compliance, awareness of commercial risk, and delivering value for money.
Key Priorities:
- Indirect Procurement Strategy: Developing and executing procurement strategies for indirect categories.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, supporting indirect procurement needs, and ensuring that procurement strategies align with cross-functional business objectives.
- Sustainability and Social Value Integration: Establishing sustainable procurement best practices in line with Social Value framework
- Procurement Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and processes, managing supplier diversity, setting metrics to measure compliance, and fostering a data-driven approach to supplier selection and performance.
- Supplier Management: supporting supplier onboarding and management processes across indirect categories, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and driving supplier performance improvements.
