1st Executive seeks an Interim Global Talent Lead for a Major Energy Organisation in Berkshire, hybrid working. The role focuses on building a world-class global Talent agenda to accelerate performance, develop leaders and strengthen capabilities for long-term success.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape workforce strategy, leadership pipelines and culture across markets, with responsibility for Talent Management, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition on a global scale.
