Overview
An Interim, hands‑on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a medium‑complexity property project within a high‑profile public‑sector environment. This is a delivery‑focused role for someone who can confidently manage stakeholders, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams from initiation through to delivery
- Apply CDM regulations in a practical, real‑world setting
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, building strong engagement and alignment
- Identify risks/issues early and drive effective solutions
- Ensure projects deliver tangible business value and meet customer needs
- Motivate and guide teams without direct line management responsibility
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong, practical understanding of CDM regulations
- Proven experience delivering property/construction‑related projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex project demands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of delivering results
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable delivery of medium‑complexity projects using structured methodologies
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of this role, applicants must have current, active SC Clearance, or the ability to gain and maintain SC.
