Estimator
We\’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a supportive and expanding team for a world leader in multi-technical installation and maintenance services, operating globally.
This is a chance to be part of a close-knit estimating team where your expertise will directly shape successful bids and contribute to high-profile projects.
The Role
As an Estimator, you\’ll play a key role in the full tender lifecycle – from initial review through to submission – ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals are delivered.
Working closely with bid managers, engineers, and project managers, you\’ll:
- Review drawings, contracts, and specifications to produce accurate trade pricing
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Collaborate with technical teams to align estimates with project requirements
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Keep up to date with industry trends and pricing
About you:
- Proven Estimator experience within construction or Mechanical & Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Broad trades knowledge with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to negotiate and build relationships effectively
- Highly computer literate, with strong Excel and estimating software skills
- Commitment to high standards of health & safety
