We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist team delivering high-value FM projects across the UK defence estate (programmes exceeding £100m).
The Role
You’ll work independently to develop should-cost models and pricing booklets, supporting major facilities management projects. This includes:
- Producing cost estimates using in-house data and BCIS
- Building and adapting Excel-based pricing models
- Analysing tender submissions and preparing reports for business cases
- Collaborating with commercial teams to refine pricing strategies
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years' post‑degree experience
- Strong Excel skills (essential)
- Experience in cost modelling, estimating, and tender analysis
- Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team
