Project Engineering Leads - £40m Capital Programme

Client: Global FMCG Manufacturer

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Location: On-site in Fife

A global leader in FMCG is delivering a landmark £40m capital project for a brand-new production line, and are seeking 2 experienced Project Engineering professionals to play a business-critical role in bringing this high-profile programme to life. These are boots-on-the-ground, site-based roles, driving hands-on project delivery at scale.

  • Mechanical / Process Project Engineer: Lead the delivery of new process installations including Pipework, Pumps and Process Equipment, and CIP installation. Work closely with Operations and specialist partners to develop technical specifications, manage construction and commissioning, and ensure the line is delivered safely, on time and to budget. Carry out contractor management and technical coordination.
  • Ideal background: FMCG, drinks or high-volume manufacturing; Strong process engineering expertise; Experience delivering large-scale capex projects; Confident managing contractors and principal designers on site.
  • Electrical Project Engineer: Take ownership of the electrical infrastructure enabling the new production line, including Power distribution to the new line, packaging and process electrical integration, and major lighting upgrades. Hold oversight of commissioning and contractor activity.
  • Ideal background: Oil.
