An exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic leader to shape and drive enterprise-wide transformation within a high-profile regulatory organisation. This is a pivotal role at the heart of corporate strategy and delivery, to ensure that investment, prioritisation and execution are seamlessly aligned to maximise value, regulatory impact and operational performance. You will shape how transformation is prioritised, governed and realised.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:
- Drive enterprise value and strategic change capability across the organisation.
- Embed best-in-class value management, benefits realisation and portfolio delivery frameworks.
- Champion transparent, evidence-based prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Partner with Executive Directors and senior leaders to ensure change initiatives deliver outcomes.
- Provide assurance to senior governance forums on delivery progress and value realisation.
- Build and lead a high-performing, change and delivery function.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional, organisation-wide transformation.
- Deep expertise in enterprise value management, benefits realisation and performance measurement.
- Advanced programme and portfolio leadership capability.
- Expert ability to manage and influence Executive-level stakeholders and build robust partnerships.
- Continuous improvement mindset and evidence-based decision making.
