Client: Major Utilities Organisation

Salary: £49,000 plus package (includes Company and Performance-based bonus, 11% company pension contribution, Life Assurance, Health Benefits, 25 days holiday)

Location: Hybrid working from home and Brighton, 2-3 days per week

This Utilities Leader is seeking a Supplier Engagement and Contract Management Manager to join during their biggest investment plan to date, where sustainable outcomes (low carbon, catchment, and nature-based solutions) are at the forefront of their agenda.

You will join the Supplier Engagement and Contract Management Team to deal with 15 Suppliers in the Engineering and Construction space, delivering and ensuring the successful delivery of a range of high-value projects.

1. Execute their Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy, working closely with Executive level stakeholders and sponsors.
2. Champion engagement with suppliers and stakeholders.
3. Facilitate Supply Chain and Stakeholder Engagement forums.
4. Identify any relationship issues and risks, implement mitigation plans.

Requirements:

1. Strong Supplier Management ability and a passion for SRM.
2. Confident influencing at all levels of stakeholder.
3. Operates efficiently and makes decisions within an ambiguous environment.
4. Continuous Improvement and outcome delivery focused mindset.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
