As Professional Services Procurement Manager, you'll own a diverse portfolio of spend across consultancy, legal, audit, tax, HR, recruitment and wider professional services.
You'll work directly with senior business leaders to influence commercial decisions, lead strategic sourcing activity and deliver tangible value across a business that is continually evolving through growth and acquisition.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering category strategies across Professional Services.
- Leading end-to-end sourcing projects from market engagement through to contract negotiation.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Identifying commercial opportunities, driving savings and improving supplier performance.
- Supporting Procurement integration activities as the business continues to grow through acquisition.
- Helping embed Procurement as a strategic, value-adding function.
- Who We're Looking For
- You're likely to have around
- 5-7 years' Procurement experience and already have exposure to the
Professional Services category.
More importantly, you're commercially curious, ambitious and looking for a role that will stretch you.
You'll probably bring
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to improve how things are done.
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
