A prominent public sector organisation in South Wales is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across a portfolio focused on FM, Estates and Services. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement projects across estates, facilities, and related service areas

What We’re Looking For

  • MCIPS qualified (or working towards) OR degree
  • Experience in estates/facilities-related procurement (e.g. hard & soft FM, M&E)
  • Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or a commercial environment
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business partnering and collaborative working
  • Confident in negotiating and managing supplier relationships and contracts
  • Experience working within a regulatory or public procurement framework
  • Analytical, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
