About the Role
* Seeking Procurement Consultants / Managers to support major civil infrastructure programmes shaping the economy and the built environment.
* Work within multi-sector teams on high-profile projects across transport, utilities, highways, rail, and wider public infrastructure.
* Opportunity to develop leadership skills and play a key role in project delivery and team development.
* Expected to hold (or be working towards) MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional qualification.
* Consultancy background preferred, with proven client-focused mindset and confidence in managing complex stakeholder environments.

* Take ownership of project procurement from market engagement to contract award, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with Public Contracts Regulations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
* MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional chartership.
* 5+ years\’ experience leading multiple procurements of large-scale civil infrastructure or construction projects.
* Strong understanding of public sector procurement, delivery models, routes to market, and contract strategies.
* Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and FIDIC.
* Skilled in market engagement, supplier analysis, and commercial risk assessment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets.
* Confident in delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Client-focused approach, dedicated to building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
* Business development experience beneficial.
