1st Executive are seeking a Indirects Procurement Manager on behalf of a high-profile FTSE100 organisation that is transforming its customer-facing propositions and internal business model through innovation and cost efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an organization that encourages innovative and creative solutions to support its growth in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end sourcing projects across the Indirects spend category.
• Engage with C-Level stakeholders to nurture relationships and demonstrate the value of Procurement.
• Guide and mentor internal customers through full lifecycle sourcing projects, identifying opportunities for innovation, especially in the utilization of third-party consultancy solutions.
• Define and implement global category strategies, introduce best-in-class supplier management initiatives, and develop innovative \’value-add\’ procurement initiatives.

Experience:

• Procurement experience in the Indirects categories.
• Experience negotiating contracts within the indirects space.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a proven track record of influencing decision-making at CxO level.
