Procurement Manager – Indirects & IT

Location: Bristol – Hybrid working model (2 days per week in Bristol office)

Salary: Up to £60k – 80k +well being breaks +pension +life assurance 4 x salary, life assurance + excellent bens

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you\’ll:

  • Opportunity to lead all sourcing and procurement activity across IT and Indirects
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
  • Deliver cost‑saving initiatives
  • Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
  • Manage sourcing for high‑impact areas like IT/software and marketing
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling

You\’re a sourcing/procurement professional with:

  • Proven experience owning sourcing end‑to‑end with proven Technology sourcing as well blend of wider Indirects
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience in IT software procurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management, working in a Business partner capacity
  • Thrives in an autonomous fast paced environment
