This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to join a well-established, regulated organisation within the Public Sector Sphere. With a lean, senior procurement team, this role offers genuine visibility and influence. The successful individual will partner at a senior leadership level, primarily supporting technology and data stakeholders while also contributing across wider corporate services.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end strategic procurement activity across IT and services spend
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including SLC and C-Suite
- Deliver compliant tender processes in line with Public Procurement Regulations
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive measurable value
- Develop and embed Supplier Relationship Management practices
- Support contract management, supplier oversight and performance governance
- Ensure procurement policy compliance and robust management information
- Minimum 10 years' procurement experience with strong end-to-end capability
- MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience
- Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and frameworks
- Proven experience delivering complex sourcing and negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior audiences
- Experience in services procurement, with IT exposure desirable
- Demonstrable SRM and vendor management experience
- Financial services regulatory experience is not essential, though experience operating in regulated environments is beneficial.
