Senior Procurement Business Partner
Salary: upto 70k + benefits
Location: Oxford - hybrid working, 3 days per week in office
We're looking for a professional with indirect Procurement experience for a Senior Procurement Business Partner role (Corporate/Professional services category) to play a key role in delivering commercial excellence across a world-class fast-paced engineering organisation.

What you'll be doing:
- Category Management- Oversee the procurement process across Indirect Procurement
- Leading indirect procurement activity across multiple spend categories within the indirect space (Corporate/Professional services category).
- Developing sourcing strategies that reduce cost, improve supplier performance and manage risk.
- Supplier Relationship Management, building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, negotiating and managing supplier contracts to maximise value.
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver commercially effective solutions, promoting the value of the Procurement function to the wider business.
- Measure savings and support informed decision-making.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in indirect procurement
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience managing suppliers and commercial contracts.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and comfortable working in an evolving/growing procurement function.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across corporate category and other business functions, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, and building strong supplier relationships that deliver measurable value.
