A leading financial services organisation are seeking an Operational Resilience professional to support the Head of Operational Resilience for the delivery of an Operational Resilience regulatory program on an interim basis. We're seeking an experienced Operational Resilience professional to join a high-profile regulatory programme on a 6-month contract. This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening resilience capabilities across a complex financial services organisation while driving meaningful business change.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead Business Impact Analysis updates
- Enhance Business Continuity Plans
- Facilitate resilience testing and exercises
- Help deliver critical remediation activity to meet UK regulatory expectations
- Influence resilience strategy and challenge existing approaches
- Champion a proactive resilience culture
What you'll bring:
- Proven Operational Resilience experience, including IBS and vulnerability remediation within a Financial services environment
- Strong understanding of PRA/FCA regulatory requirements
- Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
- Excellent formal policy documentation, analysis, and communication skills
- Advanced user of MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
