What You'll Be Doing
- Operate as a strategic business partner, helping shape commercial thinking across an evolving organisation.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories.
- Drive supplier rationalisation, cost optimisation, and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and procurement decisions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support complex contract discussions.
- Ensure robust supplier governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Champion sustainable and responsible procurement practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Help design and embed a centralised global procurement model during a significant integration programme.
Who We're Looking For
- Commercially sharp, ambitious and ready for your next step.
- Recent experience in broad indirect procurement (such as Workplace Services, Professional Services, Hard or Soft FM, Property, within a large or complex organisation).
- A strong track record delivering sourcing and procurement, comfortable managing a varied portfolio spanning multiple indirect spend categories and levels of complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and building and sustaining relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Good understanding of contract management principles and process-driven, with a focus on implementing repeatable and consistent approaches.
