- 4+ years’ experience in indirect procurement within a large or complex organisation.
- A strong track record delivering sourcing, procurement or transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and navigating complexity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and how emerging technologies will transform procurement.
- The drive to build a high-impact career in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in media, marketing or creative procurement is beneficial, but not essential.
