An exciting opportunity for an Interim Recruiter to play a pivotal role in a global FTSE 100 FMCG organisation during a major phase of expansion in France. This is a chance to drive a high-impact talent agenda, supporting the business as it more than doubles its French headcount.

You will focus on commercial hires, powering growth across revenue generation, activation, and operations. You will partner with stakeholders, guiding them through decisions and processes, influencing, engaging, and holding the business to account.

Requirements:

  • French fluency is a must-have, ideally with prior experience hiring in / for France.
  • End-to-end experience, well versed with head-hunting, talent judgement, and talent assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder / manager engagement and influencing ability.
  • Experience within blue chip organisations in FMCG or Retail.
  • Advantageous would be any experience recruiting Commercial roles.
