This is an excellent interim opportunity that sits within a national organisation supporting innovation and improvement across Wales. The role focuses on how digital innovation can enable strengths-based, person centred care, working closely with partners across health, support, academia and the wider innovation ecosystem. The post operates on a hybrid basis across Wales.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of a strategic approach to digital innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national, regional and UK wide partners
- Provide evidence based advice and insight on digital innovation to support policy, practice and service redesign
- Lead and manage digital innovation projects, including timelines, stakeholders and outcomes
- Support procurement activity linked to digital innovation initiatives and supplier engagement
Requirements
- Strong experience leading digital or technology enabled innovation projects within public sector environments
- Deep understanding of the digital and policy landscape in Wales, including co‐design and co‐production approaches
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence at senior level
- Confident project manager with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex stakeholder environment
