Role: Senior IT Sourcing Specialist
Reporting to the IT Procurement & Supplier Manager, you will support and help shape IT Sourcing and Category strategies across:
- Mainly Software, Cloud & SaaS with IT Professional Services
You will work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost efficiency, commercial value, and risk management, while developing your reputation as a trusted commercial advisor. Think complex deals, visible outcomes, and real responsibility - not a back-office role.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be hands-on from day one, including:
- Supporting IT category and sub-category strategy development
- Leading and supporting RFPs, renewals, and negotiations (including complex deals)
- Managing relationships and performance for key strategic suppliers
- Influencing sourcing decisions across the business
- Producing clear, impactful deal summaries and recommendations
- Analyzing IT spend, cost drivers, and savings opportunities
- Helping evolve and strengthen the IT Sourcing function
The role supports the delivery of IT Sourcing and Category strategies primarily across IT Professional Services and Software, Cloud and SaaS by driving cost efficiency, commercial value, and risk management. The role partners with key stakeholders to lead and support sourcing initiatives, manage strategic suppliers, deliver complex deals and negotiations, and provide trusted commercial advice, contributing to the ongoing development and effectiveness of the IT Sourcing function. You will regularly engage with senior internal stakeholders and supplier leadership - great exposure and a fast learning curve.

- Experience sourcing IT Software/SaaS and/or IT Professional Services in a corporate or blue-chip environment
