We're looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join a high-profile commercial transformation programme, helping reshape how sourcing, purchasing and supplier onboarding are delivered through automation, AI-enabled solutions and guided buying.

The Role
- Develop and implement AI-enabled and autonomous sourcing approaches.
- Identify opportunities to improve one-off purchasing, guided buying and supplier onboarding.
- Translate commercial policy into practical, compliant digital sourcing processes and user journeys.
- Support automation, interface design, testing and implementation.
- Work closely with Commercial, Digital, Finance and operational stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing plans, process designs and implementation products.
- Track delivery, benefits, risks and compliance, escalating issues and recommending improvements.
- Help drive greater efficiency, consistency and control across the sourcing lifecycle.
Requirements
You'll bring a strong background in commercial sourcing, procurement improvement or route-to-market delivery, alongside the ability to look at existing processes and identify smarter ways of working.
- Strong procurement or commercial sourcing experience.
- Experience improving processes, routes to market or purchasing journeys.
- The ability to translate policy and governance requirements into clear, user-friendly processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience of implementation planning, risk management and delivering at pace.
- A genuine interest in automation, AI and digital procurement transformation.
- Essential technology experience in Farimarkit, Keelvar, Axion Solutions
