An exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Area Property Operations Manager to oversee Facilities operations across two secure sites within a high-profile public sector environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in facilities, estates or property operations management who thrives in fast‑paced, operationally critical environments.

The Role: You’ll take responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant management of property operations, ensuring facilities, maintenance and site services are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working across multiple sites, you’ll monitor operational performance, manage compliance and safety activities, and coordinate remedial actions where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day‑to‑day property and facilities operations across two sites
