This is an Interim Communications Support Specialist role
role to help create compelling content and manage digital communication tools across a wide range of stakeholders.
This role will play a key supporting role in editorial initiatives and using a range of digital channels — social media, video, podcasts, newsletters, and internal channels. You will also monitor key metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of communication plans and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Write, edit, and adapt content for diverse formats and audiences.
- Support digital communication tools and channels, ensuring consistent branding and editorial style.
- Collaborate across teams in a complex global environment.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and willingness to learn additional digital tools (e.g. Zoom, SharePoint, Staffbase).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, both in-person and virtually.
- Knowledge of communication style guides and branding practices.
Education & Qualifications
- Relevant certification (apprenticeship, diploma, or equivalent).
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with creative or content development tools desirable.
