An Interim Change Portfolio Manager role, requiring candidates with a strong benefits management background to help embed and mature benefits capability, across a complex portfolio of change initiatives. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role, where you'll influence how benefits are identified, governed, tracked and realised across multiple programmes and projects. You'll work in an evolving environment with genuine scope to shape processes, improve consistency and drive long-term capability.
The Role:
- Acting as the portfolio-level expert for benefits management
- Developing and embedding practical benefits management approaches
- Working with programme and project teams to define measurable benefits
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on benefits performance
- Managing RAID activities and cross-programme dependencies
- Supporting governance and senior stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating with and informally mentoring a junior colleague helping to deliver benefits activity
Requirements:
- You'll bring a proven track record in benefits management within complex programme or portfolio environments, alongside the confidence to work in ambiguity and build sustainable processes from the ground up.
- Benefits management strategy, tracking and realisation
- Portfolio or programme change management
- RAID and dependency management
- Developing and implementing Benefits Management Plans
