Provide leadership and development for Category Managers.

MCIPS qualified or actively working towards it.
Significant experience in managing diverse procurement categories (CapEx & OpEx).
Proven ability to deliver strategic cost savings and implement procurement transformation.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of procurement regulations and contract lifecycle management.
Skilled in supplier relationship management, e-procurement platforms, and performance tracking.
Degree or postgraduate qualification.
Public sector or higher education procurement experience.
