An Interim Assistant Commercial Manager role to support a leading Public sector organization across multiple, live Facilities Management (FM) contracts, with a focus on post-contract, including management, financial control and administration of in-life contracts.
Collaborating with Commercial Managers, you will provide Commercial and Contract support, spanning Hard FM, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Fire, Fabric, and Inspections. You will liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of financial processes, by updating financial forecasts and tracking actual spend vs budget.
Requirements:
- Strong Post-contract Commercial Management experience, within live contract management, ideally with Hard FM or Maintenance contracts.
- Able to interpret and navigate contracts, respond to scope queries, and ensure compliance.
- Experience utilising Excel for forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication ability, with stakeholders to a senior level.
- Advantageous would be any experience in Transport or Rail.
