We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Indirect Procurement Manager to join a newly formed, centralised, European Procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing selected indirect procurement categories, with a strong focus on General Services and Technical Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who is available for a 6-month fixed term contract, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident managing sourcing activities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned indirect procurement categories, with a primary focus on General Services
  • Lead sourcing activities from end to end, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract finalisation
  • Ensure competitiveness, service quality, supply continuity, and contract compliance across assigned categories
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving and value improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance and service levels
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • Support procurement planning, reporting, and spend visibility activities
  • Contribute to supplier rationalisation and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Strong background in indirect procurement
  • Experience managing sourcing processes independently
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities - ideally gained in a role with European geographic scope
  • Comfortable working with suppliers and stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Analytical, structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented
  • Confident working with spend analysis and supplier proposals
  • Experience in international or multi-site environments
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems
  • Experience in supplier rationalisation and category strategy development
  • French or Italian language skills would be beneficial, but not essential
