A high-impact interim opportunity to lead Change at scale, within a complex, global environment. This role will shape and deliver a major transformation programme affecting 2,000+ stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain, and Digital functions. This organisation requires a seasoned Change Manager to step into a critical global programme, during a time of strategic shift and early establishment of their Change capability.
You'll design and drive the change strategy end-to-end, ensuring adoption, minimising resistance, and delivering real business value at pace. This role blends strategy and hands-on delivery; you'll work directly with senior leaders, influence decision-making at the top, and embed change across a fast-evolving operating model.
- Own the change strategy, building and executing a change roadmap aligned to programme goals
- Map, influence, and manage global stakeholders at all levels
- Translate "as-is" to "to-be" across people, process, and technology
- Create compelling narratives that land with senior leaders and frontline teams
- Define success metrics, track readiness, and ensure Change sticks
- Coach senior stakeholders to lead through change and hold them accountable
- Partner with SMEs to ensure effective training and upskilling
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex, global change programmes in matrix organisations
- Able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
- Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of how Change drives outcomes
- Confident challenging and influencing Stakeholders at Exec level
- Skilled in simplifying complexity and communicating with impact
- Advantageous would be any experience across R&D, Supply Chain, or similar environments
