Principal Governance Manager We are seeking an experienced Principal Governance Manager to join a high-performing commercial function, leading governance, assurance and process improvement across a complex organisation.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive governance best practice, oversee assurance activities, influence senior stakeholders and help shape commercial capability across the business.

Key Responsibilities Lead governance, assurance and policy activities across the commercial function.

Monitor compliance with commercial policies, governance frameworks and procurement regulations.

Present findings, recommendations and assurance updates to senior leadership and Assurance Boards.

Drive continuous improvement across governance processes and support the Integrated Assurance Pathway.

Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, including permanent employees and contingent workers.

Deliver training and capability initiatives to strengthen governance and commercial performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
