We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Data Analytics Analyst to join a dynamic Transformation team (People, Culture and Communication) at the heart of a large-scale, enterprise-wide programme. Working within the Business Case workstream, you will play a critical role in ensuring robust financial planning, performance tracking, and data governance across the transformation programme. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex problems with data, this role offers both challenge and impact.
What You'll Do
- Forecasting & Performance Management: Lead monthly forecasting cycles for transformation spend, including performance tracking and reporting. Manage reconciliation of third-party costs to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Transformation Operations: Coordinate team change requests and support smooth onboarding of resources. Enable efficient operational processes across the transformation team.
- Business Case Planning & Performance: Support ongoing planning, governance, and performance tracking of the programme business case. Deliver high-quality people data analysis and insights to inform leadership decisions. Build and maintain robust cost assumptions and scenario models to evaluate business impacts.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Manage requests for people data in line with data privacy and governance standards.
- Reporting: Develop clear, insightful, and high-quality materials for team-level reviews and transformation updates.

- Strong Analytical Expertise: Highly numerate with advanced Excel modelling skills and a structured approach to data analysis.
- Insight-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret incomplete or ambiguous large data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
- Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
