We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Indirect Procurement Manager to join a newly formed, centralised, European Procurement team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for managing selected indirect procurement categories, with a strong focus on General Services and Technical Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who is available for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment, and is confident managing sourcing activities end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned indirect procurement categories, with a primary focus on General Services.
  • Lead sourcing activities from end to end, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract finalisation.
  • Ensure competitiveness, service quality, supply continuity, and contract compliance across assigned categories.
  • Identify and deliver cost‑saving and value improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance and service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Support procurement planning, reporting, and spend visibility activities.
  • Contribute to supplier rationalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Strong background in indirect procurement.
  • Experience managing sourcing processes independently.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities – ideally gained in a role with European geographic scope.
  • Comfortable working with suppliers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Analytical, structured, pragmatic, and results‑oriented.
  • Confident working with spend analysis and supplier proposals.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Exposure to a broad range of procurement categories and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.

All applicants must demonstrate current and valid UK Right to Work.
