These are new roles as part of a wider campaign across Group Procurement.
Are you experienced in Property Services/FM, HR Services, consultancy, professional services, BPO, or outsourcing? There are 3, possibly 4, roles across these areas.
All roles require end-to-end sourcing, category management, and SRM.
Responsibilities include:
- Building multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends, understanding costs, opportunities, risks, and innovation.
- Leading and executing complex strategic sourcing activities.
- Driving cost and business benefits to meet procurement and business targets.
- Adapting business strategy into tangible sourcing and category plans.
- Identifying benefits through contract lifecycle management.
- Developing strategic supplier relationships for market-leading commercial models and innovation.
- Maintaining senior stakeholder relationships to influence business decisions.
- Contributing to the evolution of the Group SRM model.
- Coaching the business through the sourcing process.
- Using fact-based decision-making and storytelling to communicate options to senior stakeholders.
