The responsibilities include:
- Building multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends, understanding the full cost picture, opportunities, risks, and innovation.
- Leading complex and strategic sourcing activities, understanding their impact on the cost-income ratio.
- Driving cost and business benefits to meet procurement and business targets.
- Translating business strategy into tangible sourcing and category plans.
- Identifying benefits through contract lifecycle management.
- Developing and leading strategic supplier relationships for market-leading commercial models and innovation.
- Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships to influence business decisions and strategies.
- Contributing to the evolution of the Group SRM model.
