1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives. The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, days, nights, evenings and weekends to ensure smooth service delivery on a 2 week rolling rota.

A Level 3 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available. Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours. Driving Licence preferred.

Please note: this role is subject to satisfactory employment references covering the last 3 years and completion of ID verification in line with DBS requirements.
